    Description

    This auction is for a premium quality very rare and unused 1970's vintage RIGID U.S.A. hunting and fighting knife with a nylon sheath. This very early Caribou Model R8 is unmarked and has a hardwood finger grip handle, big brass blade guard and pommel, and a very sharp clip point full tang 440C high carbon stainless steel blade with a brushed satin finish. This famous rare heavy duty knife weighs 1 lb. and is in excellent, unused condition. The nylon sheath looks and works excellent with knife and is also in excellent condition. Please zoom in on all pictures for details. The knife measures 10" with a 5" blade and in the sheath the weight is 1 lb. 4 oz.
