This beautiful
AMERICAN
made
vintage "Schrade 153 Uncle Henry knife" was proudly produced in the U.S.A. many years ago,
and is from my personal collection.
The "Golden Spike" series 153UH
Bowie knife has a
low serial number:  # 401155
.
This
4-piece set
comes with the

vintage condition" which
is rare

The Schrade USA Company closed it's doors in 2004, after
100 years
of "
Quality-made knives, like the
USA 153 UH....
So owing one of these quality knives allows a person to own a bit of Schrade history."

is beautifully crafted with
solid brass fittings
that are
factory Signed & Numbered!
The easy to hold
Staglon handle
captures the
look and feel of real stag antler.
but is a beautiful & durable composite material.
There are
3 finger grooves
which
offer a firm grip while in use.
The factory tight spacers compliment the
solid brass end-cap

and hefty
brass finger guard

The factory  blade still retains some of the original oil that the factory shipped it out with in 1981.  It  could be cleaned off to make the blade even brighter, but I left it as Original as possible.

SHEATH

The Original
Schrade leather sheath
is included and comes in the original plastic bag, and the sheath still has that "new leather smell".

heavy-duty sheath

belt loop

working brass snaps on the fastening straps

secure intact stitching,
and
front pocket for the whetstone
.  The sheath is in
Excellent Unused vintage condition,
and has a few light signs of handling, because of it's age.
