    Description

    This auction is for a top quality rare 1993 vintage British War Department issued Golok combat machete fighting and jungle slashing knife with a likely original military olive drab canvas sheath, marked on the knife: 1993 - 17-9944 - and showing the war dept. broad arrow symbol. This classic military style knife has a Birch hardwood handle grip with heavy duty steel pins and brass sleeves and a bolo style full tang high carbon stainless steel blade. There are a few minor little black pitting specks and overall the knife is still in near excellent condition. The sheath appears barely used and in excellent condition. Please zoom in on all pictures for details. The knife measures 16" with a 10 1/4" blade and in the sheath the weight is 1 lb. 6 oz.
