Meaning if you go to buy a car tire and your tire is a p205/15 the tire will be exactly the same size from firestone, good year or Michelin. But breast forms sellers mislead you on sizing. They sell smaller and less costly breast forms as being much larger making them look like a lesser price. On eBay you will see listings for ff or g or even kk  when actually they are only a c or d cup. To return breast forms to china is outrageous or likely not returnable at all. This is not limited only to china sellers - others do the same thing. Janets closet breast forms are true to size.
    Buying breast forms can be risky if you don't buy from the right place. Some only offer a few sizes or the wrong type of breast form. Size and type are very important to get that realistic feminine look and feeling.
