This auction is for a rare antique premium quality hunting and fighting Bowie knife estimated made from the 1880's to 1910, marked on both sides of the tang is an incomplete makers name beginning with the letters BRU, and also marked on both sides: ST. LOUIS - This is an exceptionally well made knife with a tight smooth bone handle and a very sharp clip point Bowie encapsulated full tang carbon steel blade. This knife has some very minor light micro pitting blemishes and overall is still in very good+ to near excellent condition. Please zoom in on all pictures for details. This knife measures 10 1/2" with a 6 1/4" blade and it weighs 7.2 oz.
