Hi, I am Steve Pfeiffer, author of the bookCollecting Case knives - Identification and Price Guide
. I have been collecting, buying, and selling CASE and other brands of vintage and modern pocket knives since 1973.
I am offering some fine collectible pocket knives for sale. See my other auction listings for more collectible knives.
This auction is for a lot of three vintage fixed blade knives.
This lot includes the knives only as shown, there are no sheaths.
These are used knives with any issues noted below.
Knife #1 – WESTERN BOULDER, COLO, PAT’D MADE IN USA is the tang stamp.
Made by Western Cutlery, 1950’s to 60’s.
9” OAL, five inch blade.
Used, full blade, patina, leather handles have no damage.
Handle, guard, and knob are all tight no problems.
Knife #2 – No markings. Smaller fixed blade with jigged brown bone handles.
7-3/8” OAL, 3-1/2 inch blade.
Used, sharpened, some blade wear, patina, light grind marks.
The jigged brown bone handles have no cracks, one surface flake off at the end on back (see photos).
Old style hand-peened handle pins.
Nickel silver guard is tight.
Knife #3 – KA-BAR UNION CUT CO. OLEAN NY. 1920’s to WWII era.
7-1/2” OAL, 4 inch blade.
Used, sharpened, some blade wear, patina.
Composition pearl handles have no cracks but some abrasion damage along the top edge of the front handle (see photos).
Nickel silver guard, handles, spacers are all tight.
The knife shown in the photos is the exact knife that you will receive.
All knives will be shipped promptly to you in a sturdy corrugated box.

Any knives listed as having BONE handles have handles made of Bovine bone from the South American Zebu cattle.
Any knives listed as having STAG handles have handles made of Sambar deer antler - naturally shed.
