    Antique/Vintage tea lite holder or fairy lamp.  Sorry I cannot detect the metal, it is a coppery aged color metal.   This pedestal shaded holder is beautiful when lit - see photos.  Stars reflect and present awesome shadows on walls when lit.  Soft, cozy lighting.  Will include a LED tea lite.
