Aqua Exclusive Green Line

The Aqua Exclusive Green Line can remove dirt particles up to 10 microns in a quick mechanical way, removes ammonia, nitrite and nitrate with a bio filter. This filter line ensures clean and clear water and is fully automatic with little to no maintenance! Proudly made in the Netherlands.
Green Line RDF (Drum Filter)
Water flows first through the Drum Filter and particles in the water are filtered by the filter panel that is around the drum. The drum filter is equipped with a sensor and registers when the filter needs to be rinsed. The special rinse bar with stainless steel nozzles cleans the drum/filter panel with clean water from the system. This rinse bar is fed by a special high pressure pump that is mounted in one of the bio filters. The water with dirt is removed through the drain gutter into the sewer. This cycle is repeated as often as necessary and fully automatic! This is the first step, the dirt up to 10 microns is filtered out of the water in this way.
Green Line Bio Filter
After the drum, the water flows through to the bio filters. Here ammonia and nitrite are converted into nitrate. This happens in a completely natural way by means of nitrifying bacteria that attach themselves to the bio media that are located in the bio chambers. In addition to the bio media, the bio filters are also equipped with our new designed air diffusers. This has several reasons. The nitrifying bacteria need oxygen to convert ammonia and nitrite into nitrate. These air diffusers provide massive water displacement resulting in optimal degassing and oxygen enrichment of the water. This provides optimal conditions for the nitrifying bacteria. The bio filter also cleans itself because the bio media is kept in motion by air bubbles from the air diffusers and rub against each other. This keeps them clean. The bacteria are on the protected surface on the inside.

- Under optimal conditions, each bio filter can process 500 grams of feed every day!
Suitable for many applications
The Aqua Exclusive Green Line is suitable for (koi) ponds, (large) aquariums, fish farms (Aquaculture) and Aquaponics systems. Due to its compact design, it fits in many different systems whether you have little or a lot of space. In addition, no minimum flow is required, so it can also be connected to small systems. The filter technology is technologically proven in ponds, fish farms and water treatment plants. The technology that we apply in this filter line has been running in our own Aqua Exclusive Fish Farms for years!
Energy efficient
Filter The Aqua Exclusive Green Line is an energy efficient filter line. The systems can be linked one after the other, we also call this an in-line system. Due this and the special design water can flow through the filter without any back pressure in contrast to commonly used bead and sand filters. This means that you need a less powerful circulation pump to achieve the same water flow. In addition, you do not have to rinse the filter yourself, it cleans itself when necessary, so no time and water is wasted.
Easy installation
The Aqua Exclusive Green Line consists of separate filter systems that can be easily installed by anyone. These filter systems are made in such a way that they can be placed in-line (in a line one after the other) and connect with flexible couplings. The system then only needs to be connected to your pond, aquarium or other system with PVC pipes.
They come with 4" in and outlets. You can easily reduce this to, for example, 2 "with flexible reducer couplings if necessary.
