The story opens with a sensuous sexual description of
Lady Domineer
and her
French Maid Babette
getting ready for the day's activities. Babette is so taken by the Lady's charming large breasts that she makes the big mistake of reaching out to cup them in her hands. With this move, her mistress suddenly turns on her and unleashes a torrent of physical and verbal punishment.  How dare this lowly person touch so high born a personage as the Lady Domineer. But, since Babette is actually a willing submissive, she secretly enjoys every last bit of this verbal and physical abuse that the dominatrix unleashes. Lady Domineer, however, knows of Babette's little fetish for submission, so she has a nice surprise for her; she's bringing
her assistant Shaker
(a huge masked bruit) to punish the unruly maid. Hearing of this, the maid trembles in fear.
This opening description sets the tone for the rest of the story and scenes to follow. The other characters who appear, like the Duchess herself, a gorgeous sensual blonde babe, who is sent by her husband, a snob and self centered prick, to be punished for her intimate (sexual intercourse) transgressions with the gardener (an old dude with a huge hose). The treatment that the Duchess receives at the hands of Lady Domineer and her assistant Shaker are beyond words or graphic descriptions. The twist to all of this comes near the end, when the Duke of Markey, the prick husband, shows up at the door to ask about the progress being made with his wife. When he finds out what happened and what his wife, the Duchess, does next, is just sweet justice.(All of this sexual interaction is delightfully illustrated by Ward, for as you read the sensuous text; there is an accompanying illustration that further heightens and enlightens you about the displays and enjoyment of the activities. The text of these actions is not for the faint of heart, but the illustrations are a feast for the eyes.)
