Item is visually graded;
Poster is in very good shape,
There is a little wrinkling to the top left corner you can see + a couple of small holes, a couple more small holes at the top center area, a little small tearing at the bottom center area, a couple more small holes when you look around the sides,
But overall this poster looks very good with minimal wear to it,
On the back stamped Good Times 1 SH. 67 / 88  ,  someone wrote 866 in pen above this,

Record is in VG / VG+ shape, there is a lot of dust to both sides, some light surface marks to both sides though they are likely from the sleeve - nothing that seems serious, overall this record should be fine & look fine as soon as it's cleaned,
Inner Sleeve is in VG+ shape with a couple of splits to it you can see, a crease to one side you can see, but otherwise a very good looking sleeve,
Cover jacket is in VG+ shape with a little edge wear to it you can see, some yellowing from aging on the front bottom + inside the gatefold, a little corner nicking, but overall a very good looking jacket,
