NIB means New in Box, never opened!  This box has some minor shelf wear, but it is factory sealed.
My Definition of minor shelf wear is minor creases, but the integrity of the box is not compromised.  No tears or rips in the packaging at all.
There are lots of cheaper versions on eBay due to the fact that the sellers are listing old product that is expired.  You risk getting something that may not work.  Or if you install it, and aren't a heavy user of your printer, the expired cartridges will dry out quicker.
This cartridge is NOT Expired.   It has an Expiration Date of February 2022 or beyond i.e. March, April, etc
