Shipping-Most packages do arrive around the estimated delivery date (give or take a day or two), however, it is just an estimation & the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates on First Class Mail. I do ship early every morning except for weekends to do my part to get your package to you ASAP. I use prepaid labels & drop all packages in a nearby blue box. My local Post Office never does an acceptance scan, but all first class packages go out to Chicago or Elk Grove that day & are usually scanned by the next morning. There are times when it takes a little longer, but I always ship everything next day. If for some reason I wasn't able, I will message you to let you know.
Packaging-I package all cartridges in waterproof bubble mailers. I've never had any complaints & these are the supplies I keep on me. If you prefer your items  packaged another way, then please buy from someone else who can accommodate you. I'm not trying to be rude, but these are the supplies I have & work best for me.
Returns: The only time I accept returns is if your cartridge arrives with a problem, which is highly unlikely. But in the event there is a problem please open a return request (with photos of the problem) & I will accept & exchange it out for another. I want everyone to receive their product in new working condition.

I purchase the product, post it, package it, pay for the shipping & ship it. I try to cover everything in my posts so you know EXACTLY what to expect if you buy from me.  I appreciate every order I get, and like I said I will do everything in my power to get it to you as quickly as possible & intact. I do not sell to drop shippers. I will cancel the order if it is being shipped to someone other than the person paying for it. My name is the one on the package.
