Robinson Cycle is a real ebike shop.  Unlike others selling similar displays we have a refund policy, a warranty, and provide every purchaser with the pdf manual.  We carry KBO, Himiway, Haidong, SnapCycle, Eunorau, Bafang, and others.  We also convert regular bikes into electric bikes with mid or hub drive motors.  We provide mobile service including build and deliver, maintenance, and repairs on all ebikes regardless of manufacturer, in the Washington, DC metro area which includes parts of Maryland and Virginia.  We work on and can fix ebikes that others can't including Onyx, Stealth Bomber, and Sur-ron.

We  are not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise sold.  We urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to  protect yourself while engaging in cycling. We encourage and ask that  you wear a helmet and take additional safety precautions as conditions  dictate. Potential customers should check with your local laws before  purchasing any item. Some states may have laws restricting the use of  certain items on public streets.  Many states have age requirements and  most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by  certain age children. Please always bike safely. Know your laws before  you go biking. We will not take back items if you find your laws do not  permit the item.
We  are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered. Contact  the carrier to file a dispute if you believe your package is lost or  stolen. We do offer signature required and full value insurance shipping  which are additional charges and the customer must contact us for this  service prior to us shipping the item.    If signature required and full value insurance is not purchased, we  will not be responsible for packages that have been left at  the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or stolen.
Before  completing your purchase, please confirm that you have selected the  correct item(s). Once an order is placed it is generally processed  immediately therefore we have a no cancellation policy after an order  has been placed.
Electronic  Parts are non-returnable. Please select wisely when purchasing parts.  Contact us for more information.  All other parts returns must be  returned within 10 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15%  restocking fee. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise in its  original condition and packaging at their own expense. For damaged or  defective items please refer to our warranty policy.
During the applicable warranty period we will  replace any defective part free of charge to the end user of the  part. We require all parts to be returned to us before replacing those  parts. Shipping costs back to us are paid for by the end user /  customer.
We  expressly disclaim any responsibility for damage due to normal wear and  tear for any item we sell.  We make no warranty with regard to  accessories, aftermarket parts, or add on parts that are not original  equipment. These items may be warranted by their respective manufacturer  and supplier.
At our discretion, we will remedy substantial defects in materials and workmanship by either repair or replacement.
Events  discharging us from our warranty obligation include misuse or neglect,  including failure to provide reasonable maintenance, unauthorized  alteration, changes to programming or settings, accident, or act of God.
