This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Get a bunch of merfolk into play, then use your commander to start drawing cards, swinging for unblockable damage and putting +1/+1 couners on all your creatures!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Your Merfolk can become huge with cards like Biomass mutation, or by adding +1/+1 counters to them with various cards in the deck including your commander.  Murkfiend Liege is very powerful in this deck by allowing you to untap your Merfolk frequently so you can trigger Kumena's effects over and over.  The deck also has a few ways to make your merfolk unblockable, so you can sneakily knock opponents with low life totals out of the game unexpectedly.
