Large Vintage Candle ~Painter/Artist~ West Germany 9x6. Condition is "Used". Name of manufacturer and title is on the bottom. Looked at others similar and claim to be hand painted. In very nice condition as seen in pictures. Base I am assuming is all wax but not certain. Center piece was for reuse and base was kept. Seems unsafe but them be the times ;) Shipped with USPS First Class.
