This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.   Use your Commander to get discounts on all your spells, then counter everything your opponents play and beat them down!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Use Baral to get discounts on your spells and allow you to sometimes even cast multiple in one turn.  The deck is great at controlling what your opponents are doing with all its counters while sifting through your cards and finding your win conditions.  Cards like Talrand, Sky Summoner will help you seal out the game by making a ton of drakes from your discounted spells.   Curator of Mysteries will give you even more value whenever you discard a card to baral's effect.
