This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Overwhelm your opponents with tons and tons of artifacts!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Use your mana effects to get Elsha out early, then you'll start casting a bunch of artifacts off the top of your deck.  Eventually you'll start getting mana effects that reduce the cost of your artifacts and allow you to play them for free.  Once you build out a large field or artifacts use cards like Rise and Shine to finish the game, or build an army of flying tokens with Efficient Construction.  The deck can get pretty absurd quickly once you get the right combinations of cards out.  A secondary win option would be using cards like Flight Spellbomb to grant Elsha flying on the same turn you cast 10 or so artifacts triggering their prowess.
