Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to sacrifice creatures for massive value then bring them right back with Liesa!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Sacrifice your cards for huge value, then bring them back with Liesa.  Play cards like Fleshbag Marauder to make all your opponents sacrifice a creature, then bring him back to your hand with Liesa.  You can use the various sacrifice effects in the deck to trigger effects like Sifter of Skulls or Archon of Justice.  You can drain your opponents and gain life with cards like Gray merchant of Asphodel and Falkenrath Noble, then put +1/+1 counters on everyone with Nykthos Paragon.  Liesa will also mess with your opponents graveyard strategies by sending their dying creatures into exile.
