    Designer Notes:  The deck plays a lot of extra mana ramp because your commander is so expensive and you want to play him early.  It's not too bad when you cascade into ramp because it will set you up to replay maelstrom wanderer when he's destroyed despite commander tax.  The deck plays a lot of extra cascade cards so you can get even more cascade triggers from maelstrom wanderer.
