    This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to fill your graveyard with a bunch of creatures, then bring all of them into play with your commander.  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

    Designer Notes:  You can get back as many 0/0 and */* creatures as you want with Nethroi which makes them very powerful in this deck, and they tend to be great creatures to mutate onto.  The deck also plays a lot of great mill cards that you can use on yourself to fill your graveyard rather quickly.
