Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to fill your graveyard fast, then remove those cards to spawn spirits until your opponents are overwhelmed.  Your commander can become any Dragon in the deck at any time which is very dangerous for your opponent!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  This deck is great at filling its own graveyard, then removing those cards from your graveyard to create spirits.  Cards with flashback and encore can remove themselves from the graveyard and make spirits.  Once you get enough spirits the deck becomes pretty hard to deal with, especially because Quintorius buff them.
