Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to punish your opponents for casting noncreature spells with your commander and beat them down at the same time!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Because the deck plays so few noncreature spells you can cast your Commander and still play without taking any damage from him, but your opponents will have a much harder time.  Some of your noncreature spells also have cycling so you can discard them for a new card if your Commander is in play.
