This is a beautiful Partylite Cobalt Blue Crystal Votive Candle Holder.  It features a vibrant upper body with a clear bubble base.  It stands approximatley 2 3/4" tall.  The opening on top is 3 3/4" in diameter.  It narrows on the bottom to a 2 3/4" diameter.  It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
