Description:
I designed this to get my 2019 RAD Rover on the road again after the mag ring broke. RAD is sending me a new ring, but this will hold in the
meantime
(repair.) I will install this on the new ring as a preventative measure (reinforcement.) It will
not
prevent all possible breaks, like
pebbles
getting between the sensor and mag ring. Also
partially
covers magnets to prevent them from falling out.
At the request of numerous people I have decided to make it available on eBay.
It does require some manual dexterity and mechanical
aptitude
to install.

Installation steps:
1.  Watch the install video.

2.  Dry fit repair parts over mag ring. May require removing chain guard.
3.  Check
clearance
to sensor by rotating crank. Check that sensor still
responds
to magnets.
4.  Remove repair part.
5.  Prep repair part with epoxy. Be very careful not to get glue on sensor.
6.  Reinstall part on mag ring. Recheck
clearances
and let cure.

Epoxy Glue (other glues may work, but this is the only one I have tested)

3D Printed on a Prusa Original i3 MK3S-MMU2S at high resolution
Colors:
Black (very difficult to see what you are doing, being a black on black install)
Orange (far easier to see as you install the part)

Warranty: There is none. I make no claim that this is the ultimate solution to the mag ring breaking issue.
