Grapefruit Moon Gallery is honored to sell this original pair of Frankart figural spelter metal bookends and in our other eBay auctions a few rare archived Rolf Armstrong pin-up die-cut soda signs and model signed vintage calendar prints from the collection of Mike and Sandy Wooldridge. Mike Wooldridge was the author of the book "Pin-up Dreams - The Glamour Art Of Rolf Armstrong",  which was first printed in 2001. He also had at one time one of the finest Frankart Lamp collections in existence.
ITEM: You are bidding on a rare original C. 1930 pair of Frankart figural spelter metal bookends. Designed by Arthur Von Frankenberg in what we believe to be the original gun metal finish option with original black bases. The felt on the bottom has been replaced neatly with black felt these look great and are antique and original and really an iconic pin-up Art Deco machine age modernist nude design for the ages!!
Condition : This very rare original C. 1930 signed Frankart pair of spelter metal figural art deco nude bookends are in fine condition with what we believe to be the original gun metal and black base finish options.
