Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30 days return policy on most items.
If your item is eligible for returns, and you would like to start a return, you may contact us before returning the item (unauthorized returns shall not be processed).
A Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA number) is required for all return packages. Packages without an RMA number will not be handled.
Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be UNOPENED and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned in the original box, in perfect condition, unused, NO SEALS BROKEN, and with no missing parts.
All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought the wrong size or the wrong item, no longer needed or changed your mind)and handling fee of {{detail_product_description}}.99 per item.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping; & handling fees and shipping costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns of such item(s):
Health & Beauty, perishable, intimate apparel, OPENED, WORN, WASHED, and/or USED item(s).
We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed for objective reasons.
If there any visible damage when the carrier is delivering the item to you, please refuse the delivery so it will be returned to sender and please contact us immediately.
If the item cannot work fine, please check twice to confirm that the item is defective and contact us asap, let us know the Detailed Problem, we will do our best to serve you.
Refunds are given only if the item DOA and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL. If so, please report within 5 days and return to us within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund.
