Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This power supply is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scrapes from prior use and handling.  The unit you receive may have a line of black foam residue near the top of the label, the remnant of a gasket in the former installation.
Notes:
We gave this a quick check with 120V input power and the outputs gave the appropriate voltages. The fans were running. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
