  • Condition: This knife has been used but not abused.There are no chips in the blade.The blade has some marks from sharpening-but no grinder marks abuse.The carbon steel blade has some small areas of rust and stain from age.The blade is tight,and the guard is tight with no play.The bone scales are tight also.There is only one small crack towards the end of handle that you can see in the picture that is about 1/8 " long.There are no cracks around the pins that hold the bone scales on.This knife is original with no modifications done to it.

    Description

    This Bowie knife was made from Standard Cutlery Co. sometime in the late 1800's. The blade is 6 3/4" long made from carbon steel  and 1" wide. The bone handle is 3 3/4" long and 3/4" wide.  The guard is nickel silver and is 2 3/8 " long. This knife does not come with a sheath ,as i do not have the original sheath for this knife.
