    Being offered is a pair of vintage cuff links.  These are made of sterling silver with a nice size black onyx stone setting.  The items are in good condition and ready to wear.  Approx. 1 1/8" by 13/16".
    I call this Route 66 jewelry which was crafted during the very early tourist trade to the southwest.
    These were sold in souvenir shops, tourist traps, campy Native stores, gas stations, or any roadside stop set up along the highway.
    Route 66 jewelry was made in Mexico along with Native American Indian jewelry for the early tourist trade to the southwest.
    The jewelry made in Mexico was intended to compete with Native American Indian crafted jewelry.
