Description

Nice Alberto Vargas (stated as “Varga”) calendar, for 1948 in original pictorial sleeve. So I call the calendar Fine to Fine + in a Good envelope/sleeve. Vargas’s airbrush mastery is on full display on these 12 pin-up images of feminine pulchritude (scantily clad, YES; nudity NO). This calendar measures 8 1/2” x 12” with each pin-up taking up almost the entire 12”!
I call this one’s condition Fine (to Fine+) with almost invisible foxing to some of the page bottoms, in a Good sleeve/wrapper that has a couple tears at the top and is almost split at the bottom. Dynamic and beautiful pin-up graphics on the sleeve though. Oh, yeah, and verses by Earl Wilson (but who’s reading them?) Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I package my items very carefully and securely. Thanks for looking.
