    Description

    Here's a very nice pre-WW2 KA-BAR Official Boy Scout belt knife with its original sheath.  It's BSA Catalog #1533 and was offered from 1938 to 1948.  Knife measures 9.5" long with the blade being 5.25".  Knife was carried and very lightly used but was never re-sharpened.  Still has the factory edge.  Maker stamped: KA-BAR  Reg.US Pat.Off and has the BSA etch on the backside of the blade that still pretty clear but hard to photograph.  Brass guard.  Leather stacked handle with red, black and brass spacers.  Aluminum mushroom pommel secured by recessed round brass nut.  Original leather sheath in very nice shape with the BSA logo stamped on front.  A very nice example of a hard to find BSA knife.  Guaranteed to please the new owner or I'll buy them back.  Check my Feedback.
