Vintage Old File Cutlery Company, Havana, Illinois, butcher boning knife marked “OLD FILE” and “HAND MADE” on the blade.
Note:
Old File Cutlery Company did not make their knives out of files.
Magnet sticks to blade.
Blade measures 9 ¾” long.
Overall length is 15 1/8”.
Knife has patina and marks consistent with use and age.
There is no wiggle in the blade.
Wood handle is solid and comfortable to grip.
