    ORIGINAL PUMA SOLINGEN WHITE HUNTER KNIFE AND SHEATH.Excellent condition.

    White Hunter, Model 6377. This is the fifth year and fifth variation which occurred circa 1961. This is the first year that the model number "6377" is seen in the description. It is also the last year for acid etching on the blade. The description on later models are stamped into the blade during the forging process. This is also the last year for the original sheath pattern. Later models have a wider belt loop and the inclusion of the leather knife lock for the thong hole in the knife handle. This is the first and only year that the pin and ball closure occurred for the sheath on the White Hunter.
