VINTAGE SEXY ILLINOIS RISQUE PIN UP GIRLIE 1950s STATE TRAVEL DECAL ORIGINAL ART

Among the rarest of all the water decals we've come across is this beautifully drawn and brightly colored rendition of a sexy ILLINOIS blond pin up girl. "You have the Green Light" is the rarer of the 2 state decals (the other has a sexy nurse).
Produced in the early 1950s by Mastercraft Decalcomania, this risque water decal is part of the Miss America Series, a set of glamorous girlie decals that were popular at that time, but are very rare today.
Among the hardest of all the states to find, this Illinois pin up measures 2 3/4" inches wide by 3 3/4 inches tall and is in excellent condition for its age and rarity. It has slight curling of the sides due to storage, but is still brightly colored and beautifully detailed.  It is numbered MD-429.
This is a rare find that is suitable for framing and is sure to be the centerpiece of any serious decal, pin up, Illinois, Miss America, or girlie collection.
