Vintage Westmoreland clear crystal stacked ball candle holders lot of 2

Description

This is for a pair of crystal clear stacked ball candle holders. I have no idea how old they are or where they come from. I’ve been told they are Westmoreland. There are bubbles in the glass as you can see in the pictures. I don’t feel or see any cracks or chips. There looks like there may be some wax residue and a few fine scratches where the candle goes.
